[Trac] Script to convert mantis bugs to trac: mantis2trac.py

Hi tracies!

I've written a script to convert mantis bugs to trac, based on the
wonderful bugzilla2trac.py that is in the /contrib directory.  I've
successfully imported 430 bugs, 303 comments, and 1400 ticket changes
into trac using this script.  Please read the "notes" at the beginning
of the script before you use it, and also adjust the config variables at
the beginning of the file to your environment.

This file is under the GPL, assuming that bugzilla2trac.py is GPL.
(which means there is NO WARRANTY, etc... :) ).

Please let me know of your experiences if you decide to use this script,
and of course, any feedback/improvement is welcome.
