[Trac] install problem, something to do with sqlite

Thanks, that install guide looks like exactly what I need.  I can already see 
what the problem is:
	# Not version 2.x PySQLite 2 has a new API and is not compatible with Trac 
Guess what version I installed?  If only I had been able to find this guide 
earlier.
