Ok, thanks. It is running now, everything is there. The problem was not
because of the version but something fixed by the full instalation...

Now another question: Where are all those screen stored? Aren't they
templates, the screens don't look like anything in the templates directory?

There is a site translated to portuguese: 
http://colab.interlegis.gov.br/ I would like to use that translation if 
possible, but I don even find the files on my machine :(
