[Trac] Trac tags users?

Alain,

latest trunk is on 0.9, but I built the functionality for 0.8.  

chaos at wpi.edu submitted a version that worked with 0.9 as of a 5/17 at
http://dev.muness.textdriven.com/trac.cgi/attachment/ticket/13/wiki.cs
.  I don't know if it is still works with the latest in trunk or not.

Since I am using textdriven for my service, they manage they just do
periodic upgrades to trac so I am not running latest.
