[Trac] Trac tags users?

I just tested Trac with Tags. What I did is this: I dounloaded the 
wiki.cs file and replaced the original one (using yesterday's Trunk).

I does not work :(( the tag box is there in the edit window, but no 
change can be made to the page.

I am CCing ot to chaos at wpi.edu just in case that he can help too.

This Tag functionality is great. Shouldn't it be included in Trunk once 
and for all?
