That is a very disapointing statement. Sound like a flat refusal :(

IF something can be done and someone finds a way to fix it, I hope it 
will one day be included in the official release.

I can live with that problem, if somewhat annoying, and my original 
inquiry was because I believe that my instalation had a problem.
