[Trac] Trac tags users?

Yes.  For me, this is worth it.  I'll try to see if there can be a way
to code to del.icio.us and its many clones.

Has anyone looked at del.icio.us GPL clones?  Do any mirror its API?

Another possible solution would be to use the existing relational
tables to cache tags, such that they're used instead if del.icio.us is
unavailable.
