[Trac] Templates translation

I just want to report that I tested the portuguese translated templates 
and they don't work in the Trunk version (to be expected)

I believe that this kind of translation will only be possible when 
Edgewall can insert translation support of some kind in Trac...

I remember seeing a project that coud: 1) read source files and create a 
database of strings plus some context, 2) had a database driven 
translation program and 3) could generate a new version of the source 
reaplacing all strings that had a translation. This would be easyer for 
mantainence...
