I know - at a previous job, we were running an emailed support desk for
users of anti-spam/virus software to contact us :-) The biggest
complication was the requirement to allow the users to send log files to
us that *might* include the full text of a macro virus in it ...

Still, the Trac I'm implementing here will only be accepting messages
from known users, so I can filter away the random stuff with a good
confidence level.
