[Trac] New to Trac

Stuff like this is probably in the templates, in this case in
ticket.cs. Where your templates directory resides depends on your
platform. If you check out Trac from SVN, it's in templates,
obviously, Gentoo saved them in /usr/share/trac/templates for me, etc.

What do you mean by parts of the tickets? Between which parts do you
want to distinguish?
