[Trac] Trac 0.8 on Windows Server

Hi Claude,

I should have been more specific. I'm trying a clean install on Windows 2003
Server with IIS6. 

Initially I thought it might be permission problems but I'm running it as
Administrator.

I think there might be some Python install problem but don't know enough
about Python to track it down.

I followed the "Windows Installation instructions for Subversion w/Trac
0.7.1".

I have upgraded from 0.7.1 to 0.8 on XP . What type of problems are your
