[Trac] RE: Downloading PDF (binary) files in the repository with Internet Explorer

I found this page describing the problem that I'm running into:

- problem downloading a PDF
- the connection is HTTPS

It states the resolution is:

To work around this problem, make sure that Do Not Save Encrypted Files
check box is not checked and that the server does not send the
"Cache-Control: No Store" or the "Cache-Control: No Cache" header.

This post is specific to IE 6 SP 1, but I'm using IE 5.5 and IE 6.0, so
the "Do Not Save Encrypted Files" option is not there (or at least I can't
find it).  So, my question is: does Trac set the 'Cache-Control' header
with either/both of the specified values?
