[Trac] Trac 0.8 update from 0.71 wiki pages missing

We have updated our Trac 0.71 installation with a new emerge and also
updated the track environment using track-admin. Gentoo-specific things
aside involving webapp, there are now two pages missing while the others are
untouched:

# Title Index
# Recent Changes

These two pages are now WikiPages and empty, selecting them from the main
navigation brings up the familiar 'Describe TitleIndex here' page (?)

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour, and is there a way of getting
both pages back?
