[Trac] Trac 0.8 update from 0.71 wiki pages missing

I'm using Gentoo as well.  I can't remember if I had to do a:

> trac-admin /path/to/env wiki upgrade

or not.  In any case, all you have to do is put the WikiMacros back in place, 
if the above doesn't work.  Edit the two wiki pages and replace with:

> = Title Index =
>
> [[TitleIndex]]


and

> = Recent Changes =
>
> [[RecentChanges]]
