[Trac] Changing Ticket State transitions

Is there any way to modify the state transitions that a ticket goes through?
We don't want tickets to be closed when marked as "fixed" only when they
have been verified by a tester.

 

It would be nice if we could also forward the ticket to a particular user
(eg. tester) when it is marked as fixed. Much like Bugzilla does.
