[Trac] Status of Trac and future progress

Pluggable modules are on their way, thanks to Christopher Lenz.
The trunk is now based on such an architecture, and Christopher  
maintains TracDev/ subwiki pages.

I think you'll find near up to date information in these wiki pages,  
so I won't bother you with cut'n paste.

I played around with the 'pluggable' framework, and it is definitely  
nice.
