[Trac] templates path problem?

Hello Trac-ers,

I have been running Trac 0.8.2 for a couple months on
a design project with Sony Electronics and am
thoroughly impressed.  A problem recently surfaced
when users in Tokyo tried to get into Trac from behind
a proxy, and I discovered the auth cookie is tied to
an IP address.  Having seen that this is fixed in
#1361, I am attempting to upgrade to mainline TRUNK
version to pick up this fix.  Is there a semi-stable
change number in the trunk that people recommend
syncing to?

I sync to latest and get an hdf path error.  When
using the magic ?hdfdump=1 variable I see that the
path includes the /usr/share/trac/templates directory
which holds the wiki.cs that is reported as
NotFoundError.  Has anybody experienced this before?

Apache 2.0.40
Python 2.2 (using CGI)
RedHat 9
