[Trac] Session belongs to another user

I installed Trac on Friday for the first time, and tried to get in 
today.  I got the "Session belongs to another user" message.  I was able 
to work around this by hitting the Create a New Session link, but I 
couldn't find any more information.  I searched both the website and the 
mailing list archive, and all I could find in the archive is a bunch of 
notes conceding that it's an infamous problem, but dealing with how to 
fix it in Trac, not how do users/admins work around it.

So what do I need to do to cleanup this old session?  And if it's so 
infamous, why isn't it in the FAQ? :-)
