I think this is somewhere in the mailing list archives because I know
it's come up before.  The Trac project site uses a modified version of
the template files that are included with the Trac software.  They
actually maintain a patch file that they apply to the standard templates
each time they upgrade the software on the site.  If you want to
customize your site, you can either add some content to the header
template under the Trac environment directory, or edit the set of
template files.
