[Trac] left sided vertical menu list...

What adding some Wiki content?  For instance, I'd like to put a link 
somewhere in a nav (top, bottom, left, right, whatever) for "BackLinks" 
that would load a page showing all of the backlinks to the page you 
were just on.  I think this is better than simply putting the macro in 
every page, potentially spamming a page you don't want to clutter.
