libapr is the Apache Portable Runtime library, which sits at the core of 
Apache, actually. Doesn't have anything to do with Python.

Subversion, OTOH, is also built on top of APR. So maybe there's 
something fishy going on such as a conflict between the APR version from 
Subversion and the requirements of mod_auth_ldap.
