[Trac] Idea to reduce bogus tickets on trac site

Copying the content / tickets across doesn't actually seem like such a
great idea to me, because it would be a lot easier to get confused
between the two systems; if this were done, then maybe a big red banner
or something should be added to the templates so that someone doesn't
accidentally do stuff on the "sandbox" site that ought to have been done
on the "real" site.
