[Trac] Syntax error creating Trac-environment

Hello,

When i try to create my trac -environment , this error come soon to me :

root at localhost PROGRAMS/trac-0.8.1/scripts # ./trac-admin ../htdocs initenv
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback
  File "./trac-admin", line 2
SyntaxError: 'unknown encoding: iso8859-1'

Is anybody could say to me the reason for the crash?
