[Trac] Tab completion in OS X?

After a mostly-uneventful upgrade from .7.1 to .8.1 (compounded by my
inability to remember the 'make swig-py' process after updating
subversion), I'm spending a lot of time in trac-admin. Is there anything
I need installed for tab-completion and command recall to work? When I
hit tab, I get whitespace, and when I hit the up-arrow, I get '^[[A'. 

This is using the stock Python 2.3 in Mac OS X 10.3.8. Thanks very much.
