[Trac] .8 is nice, will .9 solve these whoes?

We're running .8.1 and I have to say this model of project management 
could not more perfectly fit my view of the world.  The integration of 
wiki/bug/svn is fantastic.

That said, we have a few extra requirements that are causing us pain, 
does .9 address these and is it stable enough to use?

   - group level permissions.  We only want certain users to see certain 
bugs / pages / sources.  We could probably even live with having that 
group level access done only on tickets.

   - the above might actually be solved by having multiple projects. 
How well does this work in .9 and is there a test-drive somewhere to see 
how well it works?
