[Trac] Export wiki hierarchy as flat Word/PDF/RTF document? Import
Word to Wiki?

I set up a Trac Wiki to gather requirements for a rather long ... uh,
Requirements document.
I anticipated that the guy who's been tasked with the job of compiling
the requirements would create an outline then delegate sections for
each linked sub-page. But contributers are doing it the way they
always do: emailing Word documents around. So now he'd like to import
a 40-page bulletted and subbulleted Word doc into Trac Wiki. Manual
cut'n'paste into a Wiki linked outline page will work but is tedious.
Is there any way to automate this? Parse word into a multi-page
hierarchical Wiki doc? Export Word to RTF and parse? Import Word
into OpenOffice then parse its XML format? I found a word2wiki.bas
Word VB script which does this, apparantly for Atlassian's wiki but
don't know if it would work with Trac's; thoughts?
Eventually this will go to management who (again) are rather
Word-centric. Is there a way to export a hierarchical Wiki doc into a
flat Word or PDF or RTF document?
Thanks.
