[Trac] .8 is nice, will .9 solve these whoes?

We are running multiple instances of Trac on one Apache setup with
mod_python, and it works like a charm. You do not even have to restart
apache or edit the config file when adding a new Trac environment.

Just use the latest 0.9 from trunk, the 0.9beta2 version has a bug in
this setup.
