We use the Firefox browser.  After manually typing in the user names 
once, the next time you need to enter that user you simply start to type 
the name and Firefox will auto-complete for you.

I think that this request has been raised before, although I can't 
remember the detailed answer.  If you search through the archives you 
should find something.
