[Trac] Defining new prioriries in trac

Hello,
can anybody tell me solution for the following:

1. How to set up custom priorities in trac. i have used trac-admin priority
add <value>. please tell me what value should i give.(type give an
example.)
2. Second one is that how to swap colors associated with two custom
priorities.
