Toni,

   What you want we will support it in a future release. For now it 
converts an email to a trac ticket and it supports attachments. So users 
can report problems via email instead of using the browser. That was our 
main focus. Now the planning is that if the user updates the problem 
he/she  will mail it and the program merge it with the existing ticket.
