[Trac] User list when assign a ticket

I have turned on the feature ot restrict_owner, the only problem is
that one has to know the email address of the inteded owner.  Having
something like:

Daniel Santa Cruz <byteshack at gmail.com>

is way more informative than:

byteshack at gmail.com

This might not be too reelevant for OSS projects, but for inhouse
projects, the name of the developers is a LOT better.  Any thoughts on
how to implement this?
