[Trac] User list when assign a ticket

Daniel, not sure how you have your Trac setup, but for me after I
enable restrict_owner, only the users that have logged in (have
entries in the DB) are shown in the pull down list. I can't actually
see their email addresses because the pull down actually shows the
usernames only. Is this not what you are seeing?
BTW. This does bring up a point that I really wish there was a trac-
admin way of adding usernames and email addresses (as well as
removing them). This would be way more convenient then requesting
from all of my users that they click on Settings and update their
email addresses. Currently I do this through the DB directly.
