Yes, I created a  a /usr/share/trac/conf/trac.ini myself AND then
removed the parameters covered by the global trac.ini in my other
trac.ini's

I created a small python script for globally removing unwanted
parameters.  I can post it if you like.

Hope that was a bit more clear...
