[Trac] Help design ibiblio's trac service

Greetings,

I work at ibiblio.org, which you may know as the home of Project Gutenberg,
the Linux Documentation Project, Groklaw, a (soon to be resurrected)
sourceforge mirror, and 1500 other collections.

We are putting together a Trac service for our users. We would like to use
best practices when designing our file structure, authorization, plugin, and
backup schemes. Are their any Trac developers or experts out there who would
be interested in donating an hour or two of time to help us design this
service? You will be rewarded with our many thanks, mention in our blog and
