[Trac] Problem installing Trac under Mac OS X Server 10.4.6

Hi,

I'm trying to build ClearSilver as part of the installation of Trac  
under OS X Server 10.4.6. However, I get the following error. I've  
searched the web for comments on this problem, but to no avail. I'm  
completely at a loss at this point.  Any suggestions?
