[Trac] How to create a Tabbed Projects Page

Is there a way to setup an environment like the one actually hosted by
http://projects.edgewall.com. The site looks great with projects as tabs and
the regular trac environment of each project within the tab. Is there any
addin to do that way?

I just completed with setting up the multiproject environment of Trac 0.9.5.
this great that everything related to the project is organized at one place.

I'm very new to python .. infact I never wrote, even a single line, in
python.
