[Trac] Wiki updates - notification ?

Are there any plans to add this into a future release ?

It seems that the notification engine for ticket updates should be also
used for wiki page updates. It would be nice if I could enjoy the same
functionality.

Would it be possible to write a plugin to do this ?

No, there's not. You may use the RSS feed to get notifications about
wiki page changes however.
