[Trac] Wiki updates - notification ?

With RSS, we would not get an email notification - we prefer this, so I
don't think RSS is any use.

I'm not sure. You may check the ticket DB and add a request for
enhancement for it.

The same engine could be used for sure. However, the ticket engine
does not send HTML emails, so the information attached with a wiki
change notification would be quite poor.

Probably. However, I think it looks like more a core feature than a
plugin feature.
RSS does not fit your needs ?
