[Trac] Fighting spam with mod-security

Hi all.

I've investigated the spam that hit the trac installation hosted on
madwifi.org and found that it's not too hard to block all of the types
that I could identify so far with mod-security. The solution I came up
with works with every Trac installation (no matter what version), is
lightweight (compared with anti-spam meassures implemented as part of
trac) and efficient (at least for now and as long as spammers don't change
their methods).
