Egad... You pushed me in the right direction...

The subdomain I was using had an underscore in the name. Joboard_dev. That
is what it was. Apparently IE has issues with the underscore when it comes
to cookies and such. I removed that and it works fine in IE now.

Hey James,

Try adding the URL of Trac website to the Trusted sites in Internet Explorer
security settings. IE probably does not allow to create a cookie with your
current settings.
