[Trac] Apache 1.3 versus 2 on OS X Server

You do not need Apache to use either Subversion or Trac. You need APR
(likely a version from Apache 2) for subversion, but thats it. You do
need Apache 2 to run the Subversion DAV module, but that is unrelated to
Trac.
