Yes, I'm using a modified version of these scripts.

We are a team of 10 people working with a base code of about 200MB,
and we are extensively using these scripts not only to tie tickets to
changesets, but also to track merges from developer branches to the
trunk (and from the trunk to the branches), as well as adding meta
data to synchronize the Subversion repository with a ClearCase server.
