[Trac] TracTicket/Subversion Integration

The post commit hooks are available from the /contrib directory.

There are two shell scripts that you need to define as the Subversion
hooks, each of them calls the actual Python scripts that perform the
real actions on the Trac DB.

You probably want to read the Subversion documentation about hook
scripts before doing anything else:
