[Trac] Authentication plugins

Those two plugins do very different things, so its mostly a matter of 
which features you need. Neither will ever be part of Trac proper, as 
the reason that the plugin interface was created was to allow for added 
features to not be a part of Trac, and therefore allow the Trac devs to 
focus on Trac.
