[Trac] problem in latest trac-post-commit-hook

If I remember right, when I did the upgrade there where new properties that
needed to be added to the call.  One of them was the URL of your trac site.
That sounds like what  the "abs_href" might mean.

Take a look at lines 38 and 45 here

what I mean.
