[Trac] Apache, mod_python: internal server error

The Trac package in Debian stable is 0.8.x where the mod_python stuff
was in a different module.  Grab one of the 0.9.x packages of Trac from
Debian testing or unstable since 0.8 is pretty old and there've been a
lot of major improvements since then.
